You can define one or multiple phone books in each tenant. Phone books can be used for several actions:
- when provisioning a phone, you can upload a phone book to the phone
- for routing incoming calls based on Caller ID number, working also with regular expressions, so you can for example route based on the area code
- for provide on the fly conversion of Caller ID number to name
Each phone book can be completely customized based on the fields required
