You can ask to include the list of extensions in the phone book. Only extensions set to be included will be added.
When you define a phone book, a special destination will be added to your available list of destinations: "Route by phone book". Using this special destination, you can send the call to a different destination, based on the Caller ID number. The Caller ID number can be stored as regular expression, so for example, you can easily send all "Italian" number to a certain extension:
