When a control list some possible destinations, you can choose among the following options:

Other Special

- It will check if any Custom Destination "Forward To" exists for that number [NUM], if it doesn't exists, it is created with Caller ID and Timeout defaults as configured in Configuration/Settings, then it is set as "On Offline" destination and activated.
- Set unconditional forwarding for calling extension to [NUM]
- It will check if any Custom Destination "Forward To" exists for that number [NUM], if it doesn't exists, it is created with Caller ID and Timeout defaults as configured in Configuration/Settings, then it is set as "Unconditional" destination and activated.
- Spy extension [EXT]

- Spy/Whisper/Barge extension [EXT]
- Select the action to make on the extension [EXT]. Press 4 for spy mode, 5 for Whisper and 6 for Barge.
- Toggle DND for the calling extension
