For CentOS 7

yum -y install https://yum.opensips.org/3.4/releases/el/7/x86_64/opensips-yum-releases-3.4-6.el7.noarch.rpm
yum -y --skip-broken install opensips opensips-* opensips-cli socat
systemctl enable opensips

For CentOS 9

dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb
dnf install epel-release epel-next-release
dnf install https://yum.opensips.org/3.4/releases/st/9/x86_64/opensips-yum-releases-3.4-6.el9.noarch.rpm
yum install opensips opensips-* opensips-cli socat
systemctl enable opensips

For all versions

copy the file from /var/www/html/pbx/protected/opensips.cfg to /etc/opensips/

OpenSIPS will listen to port 5067 and connect to Asterisk PJSIP stack on port 5091

Change <IP-SERVER>,<NAT-IP-SERVER>,<IP-ASTERISK>, <DOMAIN-ASTERISK> to your data

<IP-SERVER> - ip address your VM

<NAT-IP-SERVER> - if used NAT, set real ip. If not, set same as <IP-SERVER>

<IP-ASTERISK> - ip address for the asterisk server

<DOMAIN-ASTERISK> - FQDN for the asterisk server
