The integration between MiRTA PBX and Teams is made using a Custom Extension. A Custom extension is an extension that is connected to an outside number.

In the extension definition, security section, choose the Use Microsoft Teams as Authentication Type. That will allow Microsoft Teams to reach your internal PBX. As Authentication CallerID, use the number of the extension on Teams.
