It is enable/disabled by the checkbox and that checkbox can be easily controlled by a feature code. This is not the destination to be set for common usage, you need to use the one in the Voice section.&lt;br /&gt;<br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Always record&#039;&#039;&#039; permits to force the recording of the call, whichever is the future of the call. Recordings will be available through the Call History menu.&lt;br /&gt;<br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Email recordings&#039;&#039;&#039; to defines if and to who the recordings needs to be sent once the call is over.
